I'm Nichita Paladi, the Founder and Co-Owner of Chimney Techs. After high school, I joined the Marines. Following my military career, I met my wife, Heather. We have a beautiful daughter, Claire, and a lab named Luna. I've always aspired to be a business owner, so I worked various jobs to find the perfect industry. Finally, I had the opportunity to work for a new startup chimney company and instantly fell in love with the industry.
I quickly realized how vital our work is in saving lives and homes, but also saw how corrupt the industry can be due to its importance and the lack of professionals. Many chimney companies were selling unnecessary products and services, while small companies did everything right and truly cared for their community.One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is being hands-on. I take great pride in inspecting fireplaces and performing all the labor, whether it’s installing new systems or repairing existing ones. There's immense satisfaction in knowing that my work directly contributes to my customers' safety and comfort.
My wife's roots in Trumann, Arkansas, led me to establish Chimney Techs here in NEA, with the purpose of serving the community and providing a reliable company you can trust. At Chimney Techs, we are dedicated to crafting comfort, one hearth at a time.
My name is Byron Neal, Co-Owner of Chimney Techs, and I am a fireplace nerd. Let me take a moment and tell you how I became a fireplace nerd. I am a family man with a wife, two sons, and three grandkids. I was raised and raised my kids in Harrisburg, Arkansas. I have worked in sales, operations, and management for various companies and while I had good jobs, none of them ever felt like the perfect fit. A few years ago I ended up working in the hearth industry selling hearth products. This industry quickly became my passion. I realized that in this industry you can make a direct impact on customers' quality of life. I enjoy helping people find the products that become the fireplace or stove that are the focal point for their living spaces to add warmth to their family time. Not only does the perfect fireplace or stove help make a house a home, but if installed incorrectly they can be a serious safety problem. I sleep better knowing that my customers know the correct way to install their fireplaces and stoves so that they can sleep safely. When I had the opportunity to join Nichita at Chimney Techs, I jumped at the opportunity. Our customers are truly the best that I have ever worked with. I look forward to helping you create the perfect hearth for your home so that you can enjoy warmth and safety with your family, just as I do with mine.
