I'm Nichita Paladi, the Founder and Co-Owner of Chimney Techs. After high school, I joined the Marines, where I developed the discipline and work ethic that continue to guide me today. I've always aspired to be a business owner, so I worked in various industries to find the perfect fit. Eventually, I had the opportunity to work for a new startup chimney company and instantly fell in love with this industry.

I quickly realized how vital our work is in saving lives and homes, but I also saw how unregulated the industry can be. Many chimney companies push unnecessary products and services, while smaller, customer-focused businesses operate with integrity and a true commitment to safety. That’s why I set out to build Chimney Techs, a company rooted in honesty, professionalism, and expert craftsmanship.

Beyond my work, I am a devoted father, which is the most important role in my life.

I take great pride in inspecting fireplaces, performing installations, and making essential repairs, knowing my work directly contributes to my customers’ safety and comfort.

My name is Byron Neal, Co-Owner of Chimney Techs, and I am a fireplace nerd. Let me take a moment and tell you how I became a fireplace nerd. I am a family man with a wife, two sons, and three grandkids. I was raised and raised my kids in Harrisburg, Arkansas. I have worked in sales, operations, and management for various companies and while I had good jobs, none of them ever felt like the perfect fit. A few years ago I ended up working in the hearth industry selling hearth products. This industry quickly became my passion. I realized that in this industry you can make a direct impact on customers' quality of life.

I enjoy helping people find the products that become the fireplace or stove that are the focal point for their living spaces to add warmth to their family time. Not only does the perfect fireplace or stove help make a house a home, but if installed incorrectly they can be a serious safety problem. I sleep better knowing that my customers know the correct way to install their fireplaces and stoves so that they can sleep safely. When I had the opportunity to join Nichita at Chimney Techs, I jumped at the opportunity.
