Let's start with what is a hearth. It is traditionally considered to be the place in the home where the fire is for heating and cooking. So whether you are looking for a wood stove, electric fireplace, gas insert, or anything else that we do, we can help you with your hearth.
Now, let's talk about Crafting Comfort. We don't typically just slap something together for our customers. We put careful consideration and work into it. We are Crafting the solution for our customers. The solution for us is always going to be Comfort. That includes not only the warmth that brings comfort, but also the ambiance, safety, and technical details that bring it as well.
Why do we do it One Hearth at a Time? It is actually quite simple. If you are putting a stove or fireplace in your home, it is a very important decision, and we want to educate you so that you can make the best possible choice for your needs. I know that everybody says that they give the "personal touch" to their customers. Take a look at some of our Google reviews and see what our customers say about us! We visit with our customers about fuel type (gas, wood, electric, pellet, alcohol), application, technical details, and installation. It is not unusual for our customers to come in wanting one thing, and then ending up doing something totally different after spending some time with us discussing what they were looking for. And quite often, it actually costs less money than what they were originally wanting to do! We usually start out the conversation by asking, "What are you wanting to achieve with this?" If we know what your dreams are, we can help you meet them much better than by us just trying to sell you something.
We enjoy meeting the dreams of our customers. We almost always try to get photos of the fireplaces, inserts, stoves, etc. that we sell once they are installed. It is nice for those of us that work in the store and do not get to go out to our customers houses to get to see the finished product! It is more than a slogan, it is what we do.
