While I have never been asked why someone should purchase their fireplace or stove from Chimney Techs, I sometimes wish people would ask me exactly that question. If you purchase something from somewhere else, you may well have to find an installer to put it in your home. However, we can do it ourselves. Also, if you have a warranty issue, it is much easier to get it repaired by us than trying to get your online supplier to get it taken care of. I had someone call me this morning wanting us to repair a pellet stove that they had purchased at a large home improvement store. They do not repair what they sell, or even supply the parts.
